On September 9th and 10th 2023, New Morning Gallery and Bellagio Art to Wear sponsor the Village Art and Craft Fair on the grounds of the Cathedral of All Souls in Biltmore Village. In its 51st year, the VACF continues a long tradition of bringing high-quality crafts to Historic Biltmore Village. The fair hosts over 100 exhibitors representing all media.

Fair hours are Saturday 10am to 6pm and Sunday 12pm to 5pm, rain or shine. There is no admission fee. Homemade refreshments are available at church-sponsored concession booths with proceeds benefiting the Cathedral's Outreach program.

Local painter Joy Moser is the 2023 poster artist. Moser received a BFA from the University of North Carolina. She worked in commercial art for 25 years before recently returning to painting. Her work has been exhibited in galleries, outdoor festivals and open studio tours in the Charlotte and Asheville areas. This year’s poster frames her oil landscape “BLUE RIDGE PANORAMIC” with a cat silhouette, celebrating both our majestic mountains and the traditional Village Art & Craft Fair feline form.
